YOUR ROLE

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Travel & Expenses Specialist to enhance our financial operations team. The ideal candidate will be adept in managing complex expense processes and possess at least 2 years of direct experience with SAP Concur.

  • Review and verify incoming invoices and bills to ensure they meet our stringent corporate and local country standards.
  • Take charge of the daily agenda with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure meticulous completion and oversight of travel reports in the SAP system, with a specialized focus on SAP Concur.
  • Facilitate the clearance of intermediate accounts by posting approved and completed reports.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports to support local country operations.
  • Provide high-level administrative support for the Corporate Credit Card process.

YOUR SKILLS

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience with SAP Concur is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are beneficial.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and understanding of SAP systems (Concur)  are expected.
  • Experience in project management is a significant advantage.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and a strong desire for personal and professional development.
  • Methodical and adaptable approach to work, with an unwavering commitment to detail and accuracy.
