  •  Currently Henkel is looking for a Jr Customer Marketing Manager for the Professional Beauty Care Division 
  • Implement local marketing and trade marketing strategy for specific brands; steer the respective marketing budget; manage local marketing and trade marketing activities for the respective brands.
  • Development and execution of digital and press activities in the market. 
  • Development of local marketing strategy for brands & contribution to development of local sales and pricing strategy
  • Marketing input for local implementation plan
  • Set-up of marketing actions in close cooperation with sales 
  • Development and execution of trade marketing and promotional strategy for brands (in cooperation with sales)
  • Shared P&L responsibility, steer Marketing budget
  • Optimize marketing processes
  • Close collaboration with international marketing and implementation of marketing activities
  • Development of Innovation Plans in collaboration with international + Spanish teams


  • Academic Background: Min. Management degree (Master degree if “Bologna degree”) 
  • Experience: between 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG Marketing with solid experience in brand management * Strong financial/business mindset (P&L thinking) 
  • Understanding of professional business and results/solution oriented
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good influence capability
  • Team player/relationship manager (ability of building partnerships with business stakeholders (specially Sales, 
  • Customer operations, Supply Chain, International marketing teams, etc.)
  • Good capacity of focus/define priorities (capacity of dealing with high workload and high-pressure environment) 
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and Digital knowledge (Social media, WeB, etc.)
  • Language: English (very good level is mandatory); Intermediate Spanish level is a plus
  • Location - Bobadela (Lisboa)
