  • Facilitates resolution of credit blocks, invoice disputes and stock issues.
  • Liaises with local logistics teams to ensure all export documentation and export requirements are met.
  • Ensures high quality and efficiency of supply and demand processes, steers and monitors service KPIs of CS.
  • Liaises with other functions, e.g. credit management, CS support, control tower, to ensure end customer service level delivery to customers.
  • Timely and accurate coordinates of all customer and price master data creation / updates.
  • Executes out of stocks rules to incoming sales orders and purchase orders.
  • Resolves any short-term stock issues causing deviation from inventory and service level targets


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Intermediate English
  • Intermediate Excel
  • SAP management is a plus
  • Previous experience of 1-3 years in customer service or related fields
