YOUR ROLE

  • Lead MRO TA team to develop the business in Oil & Gas industrial.
  • Develop MRO business in Oil & Gas industrial, penetrate in 3 Target account in O&G.
  • Create the connection to the association of O&G.
  • Lead to build up the standard product and application map in customer Build up MSP system to serve customer.
  • Achieve the NES and growth target Increase sale margin Deliver Loctite value to our customer Enlarge Henkel market share and brand influence.
  • Accountabilities (Time in %)

  • Develop TA and achieve NES target.                    50%
  • Improve the efficiency of GSA.                    20%
  • Service system Training.                    20%
  • Customer relationship management.                    10%
