Business Controller

YOUR ROLE

• Project management: support Sr. Business Controlling Manager for project integration of the new business in Greater China with business size of around 190 million Euro. Support to establish and optimize sales and business controlling management process.
  
• Planning and forecasting: support monthly rolling forecast/ business review, perform annual budget / long-term strategic plan.
  
• Analysis and decision support: perform product/customer profitability analysis to support business operation and management decision.
  
• Reporting and closing: monitor internal reporting to ensure business financial reporting accuracy.
  
• Controlling and business process: drive process optimization and standardization to improve business operation efficiency and ensure compliance, support Sr. Business Controlling Manager to build solid internal control environment.
  
• Other ad hoc controlling projects.

• YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU
  
  
• Work in HCB controlling team, closely collaborate with business team and other operation teams.
  
• FMCG experience from both acquiree and acquiror companies, good opportunities for self-learning and quick growth.
  
• Project management experience of M&A project.

YOUR SKILLS

• At least 3 years’ experience in financial planning analysis and modeling. FMCG/Retail industry experience is preferred.
• Bachelor or above in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration fields.
• Advanced command of MS EXCEL and PPT. VBA, Tableau, or other analysis tools is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills (communicating / influencing).
• Agile, problem-solving skill, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• CPA/ACCA is preferred.
