YOUR ROLE

• Review, archive, and upload contracts and protocols from the Purchasing Department.
• Responsible for providing necessary data for reporting fuel consumption, HGS toll passes, kilometers, carbon footprint calculations, and traffic penalty reports.
• Monitor HGS tolls for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct and manage the Car Parking Policy based on car park usage analysis.
• Provide driving support for executive management.
• In charge of Executive Protection Protocol activation when required.
• Collaborate with departments to boost fleet performance and minimize costs.
• Identify and implement operational improvements and manage vehicle user complaints effectively.
• Organize seasonal tire changes and rotations, and plan for higher-level staff.
• Manage the company vehicle stock and coordinate vehicle deliveries.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Min 5 years of experience in related positions and fleet management
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Service-oriented attitude with an innovative perspective
• Eagerness to learn and develop personal skills, appreciating and understanding the value of teamwork
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation in managing communication channels
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options, and drive resolutions
