YOUR ROLE
- Review, archive, and upload contracts and protocols from the Purchasing Department.
- Responsible for providing necessary data for reporting fuel consumption, HGS toll passes, kilometers, carbon footprint calculations, and traffic penalty reports.
- Monitor HGS tolls for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct and manage the Car Parking Policy based on car park usage analysis.
- Provide driving support for executive management.
- In charge of Executive Protection Protocol activation when required.
- Collaborate with departments to boost fleet performance and minimize costs.
- Identify and implement operational improvements and manage vehicle user complaints effectively.
- Organize seasonal tire changes and rotations, and plan for higher-level staff.
- Manage the company vehicle stock and coordinate vehicle deliveries.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Min 5 years of experience in related positions and fleet management
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Service-oriented attitude with an innovative perspective
- Eagerness to learn and develop personal skills, appreciating and understanding the value of teamwork
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation in managing communication channels
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options, and drive resolutions
