YOUR ROLE
- Coordination of export shipments from various European shipping locations
- Transport arrangements via Sea & Air considering consolidation/dangerous goods handling/low volume verification
- Disposition of the shipments to overseas customers & affiliates in line with requested and possible delivery times
- Handling, preparation and coordination of related shipping, trade, and customs documents
- Daily interaction with assigned freight forwarders and warehouses
YOUR SKILLS
- Min. University Degree in the field of Business Administration/Logistics or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in SEA/AIR export transportation / fresh graduates are also welcome with Transportation/Logistics field of studies
- Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient at Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge with SAP is an advantage
- Fluent knowledge of English language is required
