Product Development Chemist

YOUR ROLE

• Planning annual benchmarks for top competitor for our premium products. execute and reporting batch & property tasks.
• All task must be executed under the safety and 5 S programs implemented in Mentor plant.
• Using our only digital tool to store and handling data from laboratory results. Keeping the cross - training as a way to upskilling.
• Collaborating with other departments in Mentor facility as well as marketing or customers.
• Follow on any development plan for professional growing. Keeping a healthy inventory of substrates and materials.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, One note etc.).
  

The salary for this role is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
