YOUR ROLE

• Drives projects in the respective area of responsibility, is accountable for project execution
• Facilitates and ensures project support by SSC teams to meet all deadlines of project plan
• Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise
• Advises the teams with expertise and experience Supports tools and training of users
• Acts as trouble shooter and validates process documentation Improves processes, assures quality
• Monitors, analyzes, reports and solves complex process dependencies
• Collaborates with Process Owner in designing automations and process improvements
• Acts as internal consultant Shapes, develops and improves the process and tools in line with strategic objective of respective business / function

Minimum salary: 1 600 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
