YOUR ROLE

  • Management of internal and cross-departmental projects
  • Completion of administrative tasks and support in day-to-day business 
  • First point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone and email
  • Managing and organising appointments, meetings and events 
  • Creation of business correspondence and preparation of agendas, documents and minutes
  • Planning, coordination and follow-up of management travel activities and co-organisation of events with the participation of top management
  • Conducting research and compiling data for special reports, financial data, presentations and organisational charts
  • Budget review and planning as well as preparation of expense reports
  • Independent preparation of meetings and excoms at the highest level (including Mgmt. Board)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Successfully completed studies or completed vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in assistant functions or project management
  • Independent, proactive team player with strong problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Confident handling of digital programmes and MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent German and English language skills
