YOUR ROLE
- Participation in the development of the organisation's remuneration system (fixed and variable)
- Implementation of global processes, procedures and tools in the Total Rewards area
- Participation in the preparation and monitoring of remuneration and benefit costs in the HR area
- Cooperation with suppliers of salary and benefit reports
- Monitoring, reporting and analysing key HR indicators for local, regional and corporate purposes
- Preparation of data and reports, creation of estimates and forecasts
- Analysis and coordination of employee benefits
- Coordination of the process of creating and resolving provisions and cost settlements
- Conducting HR analytics in the area of job evaluation
- Support in the development of regulations and procedures regarding incentive systems
- Analysis of ad-hoc data from the C&B area and implementation of periodic salary reviews
YOUR SKILLS
- Availability to work full-time or part-time - temporary contract for 2 years
- Secondary or higher education - preferred fields of study: economics, accounting, bookkeeping, finance, IT or human resources
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in analytical work, in preparing reports and analyses
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (free creation of pivot tables, multilevel subtotals and consolidations, functions: logical, mathematical, search and address, conditional formatting)
- Excellent analytical skills and working with numbers
- Very good knowledge of the English language (B2/C1 level)
- Desirable knowledge of Mercer payroll reports
- Effective communication skills and a highly collaborative attitude
- Proactivity, self-reliance and accuracy and punctuality in completing tasks
- Knowledge of remuneration elements and knowledge of labour law welcome
