What you'll do
- Managing day-to-day HR admin and lifecycle related activities (Onboarding, Salary increases, Promotions, Learning, Retention, Exit Management, Communication, Invoicing).
- Leveraging and analyzing data to support the HR Business Partners to make decisions.
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives (e.g., Wellbeing Campaign or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).
- Being an ambassador of the intern community and driving intern engagement initiatives and events.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Law, or related at WO/HBO University
- Previous experience in HR is a plus.
- Excellent level of English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are open minded, easy to connect with, hands on, eager to structure and optimize processes, creative, analytical… and you have a true passion for HR
- Pro-active mindset with a commitment to delivering quality results within established timelines.
- Available for a full time internship starting March 2025.
