読者・顧客目線を徹底した編集者としてブランドを伝達する
- 読者に響く紙面構成からクリエイティブ管理
- キャンペーンなど特集企画を興味関心が強く持たせるよう編集
- ブランド特徴を踏まえながらサロンやスタイリストが理解しやすいコミュニケーションアイデアを作成
スタイリストに近いイベントの企画運営
- ヘアショー、コンテストのイベント企画運営
- イベントに関連する社内外との連携管理
サロン業界への深い知見に基づいた企画制作
- 過去に無いヘアイベントなどを通じてサロン業界に新たな価値を提供
ToC、ToBなど対象違いによるニーズをしっかりと踏まえた制作管理
Communicate the brand as an editor with a thorough reader/customer focus
- Creative management from POP / Materials that resonates with salons/sales
- Editing campaigns and other special projects to generate strong interest
- Create communication ideas that are easy for salons and stylists to understand while taking into account brand characteristics
Planning and management of events close to the stylist
- Event planning and management for hair shows and contests
- Manage internal and external collaborations related to the event
Planning and production based on deep knowledge of the salon industry
- Providing new value to the salon industry through unprecedented hair events.
- Production management based on the needs of different targets such as ToC and ToB.

The job offer is written in English. Should I write my application in English as well?
Yes, please. As Henkel is an international company, you will be working with colleagues from all over the world, and English is our official company language. Generally, our recommendation is to please write the application in the same language as the job ad.
