Henkel is offering an exciting opportunity through the NEXTGEN Graduate Program in Sales & Production at our Dammam facility. This unique 18-month program will provide you with hands-on experience in Sales and Production, preparing you for future leadership roles. You will complete three 6-month rotations within different departments, gaining insights into the critical areas of Sales and Production.
Throughout this program, you will assume responsibilities that challenge your skills, work on impactful projects, and receive mentorship from senior leaders.

What you'll do

  • Participate in 6-month rotations within Sales and Production, building a comprehensive understanding of both areas.
  • Contribute to day-to-day operations and strategic projects across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and meet business goals.
  • Develop strong leadership and decision-making skills through direct involvement in key business activities.
  • Benefit from mentorship and regular feedback from senior leaders to support your personal and professional growth

What makes you a good fit

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or any related engineering field.
  • Fluency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language.
  • Up to one year of work experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Dammam and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High level of commitment, initiative, and the drive to develop leadership potential.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning and self-development.
