What you'll do
- Steers excellence in implementation of global innovations
- Collaborates with Trade Marketing Heads, marketing teams for planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in-store activities
- Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to implement sales promotions and product communication
- Develops trade programs in line with sales strategy
- Coordinates and monitors the execution of related sales activities
- Collects and analyzes necessary information to identify opportunities
- Supports Trade Marketing teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives
- Ensures that the desired product benefits and brand values / equity are properly communicated
What makes you a good fit
- Business Administration or similar educational background
- Fluent level of english
- 3-5 years of experience related with marketing, trade marketing in FMCG industry.
- Analytical skills to do market analysis and good level of Excel to do financial planning & budgeting and Trade & digital marketing market analysis
- Good creative skills to help with innovation projects & brand development & building
- Experience developing the local strategy of marketing following
- Category & Brand Strategy Trends
- Good attitude and motivation to focus the career path in marketing.digital marketing market analysis creativity design innovation brand development & building
