YOUR ROLE

  • Develop communication strategies
  • Foster positive stakeholder relationships, leading to increased satisfaction
  • Manage communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, and email updates
  • Create and manage content for websites, social media, and newsletters
  • Plan and coordinate IT events, including workshops, seminars, and community outreach
  • Coordinate ISO/CSIS compliance activities within the IT department
  • Communicate with suppliers to request offers, place orders, and handle invoices
  • Supports project facilitation and cost planning

YOUR SKILLS

  • A motivated candidate with a university degree, ideally in IT or business 
  • At least 2 - 3 years of professional experience in a similar field 
  • Business fluent in English, knowledge of German an advantage
  • Good MS Office 365 and SAP skills
  • Basic IT knowledge and procurement/purchasing experience
  • Project Management experience is an advantage
  • Very good communication skills and capable of managing diverse responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details
