What you'll do
- Provide strategic creative direction for graphic design, motion graphics, and social media projects
- Strategize and implement compelling social media strategies and campaigns
- Elevate designs by tackling advanced or complex requests, ensuring quality, and providing constructive feedback to designers
- Craft high-quality graphics, animations, and social media campaign materials that align with Henkel's style and branding guidelines
- Write engaging narratives through captivating copy for social media posts and video scripts, while engaging with audiences through responses to inquiries and comments
- Drive content planning and coordinate local content from global stakeholders for maximum impact
- Collaborate on social media and campaign management tasks, including content publication, KPI tracking, and trend analysis
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Digital Media, Marketing, or any design-related course
- Minimum of five (5) years' related work experience in creative direction for digital or print projects, social media content, and motion graphics; preferably with experience in working with advertising agencies
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications and exceptional project management/coordination skills, with an understanding of key social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Highly creative and organized with a strong attention to detail; capable of interpreting and executing design direction from global stakeholders
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (12:00 NN – 9:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
