What you'll do
- Responsible for artwork creation and development - creating and editing packaging artworks; Handle collaboration with the regional business partners for Henkel Consumer Brands
- Build InDesign or Illustrator mechanical based on Henkel brand guidelines; Ensure compliance to Henkel brand strategy and identity standards, printing vendor's guidelines
- Copy-fit supplied master text (multiple languages, regulatory requirements, and printer specifications); Resize artwork by approaching/ applying a designer's eye
- Adhere to printing standards by ensuring readability, appropriate artwork sizing, update die cuts and colors
- Do quality checking, provide assistance in queue management, workflow coordination and admin duties
What makes you a good fit
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Print Technology or related course
- Minimum of three (3) years' relevant work experience as a Packaging Artwork Designer artist; Preferably obtained from the FMCG industry/ handling FMCG account
- Must be proficient in Brand Management - Interpreting and implementing brand identity, color guidelines
- Background in conducting Quality Control and Quality Checks of prepress artwork is required
- Advanced technical skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop (for color retouching), Acrobat Pro; Esko Automation is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills - Fluent English (written/verbal interaction in an international environment); Skills in reporting and project management is needed
- Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00AM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
