What you'll do
- Research of market trend, competitors and consumers; Support development of Hair Care marketing strategies based on well understanding of market and consumers
- Conduct portfolio analysis of market segments with consumer penetration, market potential, market share, profitability and competition
- Support on execution of new product launches and creating market assets; Support on execution of marketing campaign with developed communication plans
- Analyze sales result on regular basis; Engage with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Finance, SCM, Trade Marketing, external agencies, etc.)
- Operate monthly budget spending tasks
- Other ad-hoc projects and tasks related to Beauty Retail business
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in related field is required
- Fresh graduate who has an interest in the Beauty Retail business and Marketing
- Good communication in English is required and Korean is native
- Excellent command of MS office is required
- Able to work for one (1) year in Seoul (near Seolleung station)
