YOUR ROLE

• Optimize, together with Supply Chain, the e2e value chain demand-to-supply to improve supplier performance level with proactive supplier engagement, supplier quality level, and Raws / Packs inventory / consignment stock.
• Ensure supply continuity and manage all critical shortages and force majeures, avoiding out of stocks and impact on Henkel Sales.
• Supports the sourcing categories in bringing contractual agreements to a higher level of maturity and standardization with regards to risk mitigation, operational performance and supply chain optimization (MOQ, Incoterm, Lead Time).
• Ensure consistent global documentation and reporting on supply disruptions and defined supply resilience KPIs in the region.
• Enhance usage of tool and BI dashboard on supplier performance (supplier evaluations, OTIF), supply disruption (Force Majeure Bot) and proactive risk mitigation and Tier-1 transparency data.
• Responsible for local supplier scouting with close collaboration with the sourcing teams to increase the sourcing flexibility.

YOUR SKILLS

• MBA Degree with a minimum of 18 months of proven related Purchasing experience or undergraduate with two years of related experience.
• Aligns multifunctional resources to successfully address and resolve Supply Chain issues.
• Ability to quickly gain Cross-category knowledge in different direct materials- & logistics sourcing categories.
• High level of digital skills to drive creative solutions embedded in digital framework FP and SC.
• Strong communication skills.
  

The salary for this role is $88,000.00 - $98,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
