What you'll do
- Coordinating existing sales activities for their customer portfolio within Antalya, Isparta, Burdur
- Developing business opportunities to increase sales across responsible area for the Adhesive Technologies, ACC business unit
- Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, profit and gain market share
- Developing and managing projects to fulfil the technical needs of the customers
- Managing distributors and improving technical knowledge of the distributor staff
- Conducting market analysis
- Developing and managing projects to fulfil the technical needs of the customers
- People management with the responsibility of their training & development
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in relevant fields
- 5 to 8 years of sales experience (FMCG experience is a plus)
- Solid experince in team management
- Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
- Efficient oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Valid driving license(B) and flexible for traveling
- Living in or willing to relocate in Antalya
