What you'll do
- Assist EU countries with successful Workforce Management (WFM) implementation
- Investigate potential Time and Attendance Framework (TAFW) and provide local,
administrative, or transactional support, including tasks such as timesheet monitoring,
validation, and maintenance - Ensure the system remains compliant through regular monitoring and data validation
- Support the development and implementation of WFM guidelines
- Work closely with HR teams for process implementation and alignment
What makes you a good fit
- Education in Human Resources/Accounting/Business Administration
- Previous experience in HR is a must (minimum 2 years)
- Previous time attendance/workforce experience is a must
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Full working proficiency in English language
- WFM software knowledge is welcome
- Project experience is an advantage
- Excel on intermediate level
- Strong ownership and drive, passion for self-development
- Good ability to work to tight deadlines
- Analytical and organizational skills
