What you'll do

  • Assist EU countries with successful Workforce Management (WFM) implementation
  • Investigate potential Time and Attendance Framework (TAFW) and provide local,
    administrative, or transactional support, including tasks such as timesheet monitoring,
    validation, and maintenance
  • Ensure the system remains compliant through regular monitoring and data validation
  • Support the development and implementation of WFM guidelines
  • Work closely with HR teams for process implementation and alignment

What makes you a good fit

  • Education in Human Resources/Accounting/Business Administration
  • Previous experience in HR is a must (minimum 2 years)
  • Previous time attendance/workforce experience is a must
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Full working proficiency in English language
  • WFM software knowledge is welcome
  • Project experience is an advantage
  • Excel on intermediate level
  • Strong ownership and drive, passion for self-development
  • Good ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Analytical and organizational skills
