What you'll do
Marketing communication is an important and essential part of marketing and so it is in Henkel. Marketing communication in our team means providing global support in newsletter and campaign creation. The Assistant will be processing tasks via requesting tool and creating the final product in the marketing automation tool. Person working in this tool can gain official certification and develop her/his expertise further. A very small part is dedicated to lead management support where „lead“ means an information about the potential customer and the responsibility of our team is to transfer this information to the CRM system where data are assigned to the sales team.
In general, Assistant Marketing & Sales (M&S) supports the Marketing & Sales process in all tasks as directed or requested by supervisor or business partner. The Assistant acts as an internal service provider for the Henkel M&S organization by providing global support and is responsible for fulfilment of connected administrative activities.
Now, we are upgrading our newsletter creation process, and we have already started working in the new marketing automation tool. The process is almost fully set up; however, we would need a new driven colleague who could help us to strengthen our team support globally.
What does a Marketing & Sales Assistant in Marketing Communication Team do?
- Supports all business partners across the globe.
- Helps to set up and standardize the process.
- Takes requests via internal requesting tool.
- Creates various types of newsletters using predefined templates.
- Creates reports on regular or ad hoc bases.
- Maintains Lead module and data quality.
- Does troubleshooting.
- Tests new features.
What makes you a good fit

- Fluent English (written/verbal interaction with international stakeholders)
- Intermediate level of other applications from MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel) is required
- Previous experience with Power BI and Mail transfer statistics is an advantage
