What you´ll do
Au sein de l’équipe Promotion et sous la responsabilité directe du Head of Promotion and Trade Marketing pour notre division Henkel Consumer Brands, vous serez responsable de l’analyse approfondie des données commerciales afin de guider notre stratégie sell-out à la fois promotionnelle et baseline. A ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Analyser les nombreuses données marché dont nous disposons (panels Circana et Kantar, data sharing de nos clients et autres sources) pour fournir des insights stratégiques permettant d’optimiser les actions promotionnelles et le développement de la baseline.
- Elaborer des reportings harmonisés entre nos différentes catégories et les enseignes, et les communiquer à nos équipes marketing et commerciales.
- Effectuer des analyses régulières de marché et de performance de nos marques et de celles de nos concurrents.
- Etablir des recommandations permettant de nourrir le cadrage stratégique de nos catégories sur la base de vos analyses de données.
- Supporter les équipes commerciales et marketing dans la construction de leur revues de marques et d’enseignes annuelles.
What makes you a good fit
- De formation supérieure Bac+5 école de commerce ou équivalent, vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans sur des missions similaires
- Vous êtes expert(e) de l’analyse de données et maîtrisez parfaitement les outils d’analyse de données (Excel, Power BI, Power Query) et êtes capable d’interpréter des données complexes et à en tirer des conclusions actionnables.
- Autonomie et esprit d’analyse font partie de vos principaux atouts
- Vous êtes force de proposition et de recommandations, vous communiquez avec clarté sur vos sujets
- Vous maîtrisez l’Anglais
