What you'll do

Join our transformative 24-month Marketing & Sales Trainee Program at Henkel Adhesive Technologies. This program is designed to fast-track your development, offering high visibility and a cross country experience.

Throughout this dynamic journey, you'll gain hands-on experience in various business functions through six exciting rotations. Engage in impactful projects, build a broad network with senior leaders and peers, and receive guidance from experienced mentors. By leveraging initiatives in areas such as Product Development and Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance, Application Engineering, you'll help create lasting value for customers and society. Each phase offers unique insights and opportunities, setting the stage for a dynamic and enriching career.

What makes you a good fit

  • Passion for Marketing & Sales, preferably with any experience in the area(s)
  • Recent graduates with a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience at most
  • Fluent/Advanced English knowledge, Portuguese desirable
  • Willingness and geographic mobility to relocate nationally and internationally during the program
  • Demonstrate creativity, strong communication, team collaboration, adaptability, and resilience as key soft skills
  • High level of commitment and digital profile
  • Driving license is desirable
