About this position
What you´ll do
- Executes tasks relating to administrative support with minimal supervision in line with existing policies and guidelines
- Supports sales management in reporting as well as in establishing a KPI management system to facilitate targets monitoring and prioritization of activities.
- Leads the customer communication process and establishes regular exchanges with sales teams to ensure data quality.
- Collaborates with regional teams to identify and develop best practice tools, and to align the implementation in the countries
- Arranges business-critical internal/external events, including itineraries, accommodation, registration, etc.
- Coordinates meetings and supports the sales management and sales enablement teams in the preparation of ad hoc presentations for these events

- Educational Background in Business Administration
- Mandatory italian and english advanced.
- Analytical mindset and digital skills to be able to analyze business master data
- Proficiency in office (excel, PowerPoint), and SharePoint / teams environment. Good digital skills in data analysis tools and software.
- Hands-on attitude, proactivity, good communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
