YOUR ROLE

  • Implement ACM global strategy in the territory
  • Create and manage opportunities in a defined (geographic) sales territory
  • Creates and manages relationships & opportunities on defined target accounts or markets
  • New customer acquisition and penetration
  • Develop & document local target account strategy & tactics (short-mid & long term)
  • Update, train, & educate customers and distributors
  • Understand customer‘s full value chain / potential & identify opportunities
  • Find new opportunities & build ACE (CRM) project pipeline through group selling activities (GSA’s), DTS for distributor sales force and CTS for new potential/existing customers
  • Deliver on ambitious sales plan and project pipeline to maximize target account share of wallet %
  • Identify new potential and replicate existing hero applications
  • Drive distributor sales performance
  • Build sales demand forecast based on customer/distributor needs
  • Follow up & feedback on leads generated by Marketing
  • Coordinate & escalate challenges/opportunities to TCS/PD/Mktg/BDM/FP/CS/SC to support customer & Henkel needs

YOUR SKILLS

  • University graduate, majoring in mechanical/industrial/chemical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years working experience. Preferable at least 3 years sales experience in servicing in oil&gas/petrochemical/mining industry Balikpapan (East Kalimantan) domicile.
  • Good English communication
  • Ambitious / Self-starter
  • Willingness to challenge status quo
  • Strong project management skills
