YOUR ROLE

  • Joining the Audit Group of “Supply Chain, Operations & SHE”, one of four groups at Henkel, you will be independently conducting audits all over the world
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams during the planning and execution of your audits
  • Take responsibility for own projects with a strong focus on process optimization and risk management
  • Constantly evaluate the effectiveness of key controls at Henkel and identify actions to address risks, ensure compliance and improve business processes
  • Effectively communicate audit results and findings to relevant stakeholders in the organization – including top management – and support them during action closure and in case of questions
  • Travel the Henkel world - spend up to 40% of your time abroad, including international travel

YOUR SKILLS

  • Excellent university degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Business Administration
  • Work experience in the areas of Supply Chain, Production or EHS/SHE
  • Outstanding analytical skills, distinct process curiosity and attention to detail
  • Strong presence & assertiveness with high ability to constructively manage conflicts
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as in teams
  • International mindset & readiness to work in international teams / settings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Profound skills in MS Office, SAP, system architecture
