YOUR ROLE
- Implement ACM global strategy in the territory
- Create and manage opportunities in a defined (geographic) sales territory
- New customer acquisition and penetration
- Update, train, & educate customers and distributors
- Find new opportunities & build ACE (CRM) project pipeline through seminar and customer plant survey
- Identify new potential and replicate existing hero applications
- Drive distributor sales performance
- Build sales demand forecast based on customer/distributor needs
- Follow up & feedback on leads generated by Marketing
- Coordinate & escalate challenges/opportunities to team to support customer & Henkel needs
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Chemical Engineer or any other related field.
- Preferable Years of Total Work Exp.: 5+ years
- Preferable Years of Sales Exp.: 2+ years
- Strong in management skills
- Local language required, English a plus
- Ambitious / Self-starter
- Willingness to challenge status quo
- Presentation skills
- Fluent communication in English skills
- If able to speak Japanese or Chinese would be an advantage
