YOUR ROLE
- Responds to customer contacts on Salonory.com via phone, email, and or social media (e.g. General inquiries, Loyalty Programs, Cosmetology License validation, etc.)
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Builds 1:1 relationship with community via authentic communication and engagement on Social Media and eCommerce platforms by liking, commenting, quickly answering questions, direct messages, etc.
- Proactively engages in further conversation and gets to know followers and turns them into brand advocates
- Drives excellent customer / consumer experience
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years' related experience in contact center/BPO set up or in an online community engagement managing social media platforms interactions
- Experience working on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and social media management/publishing tools like Sprinklr is highly preferred; Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), has technical background (basic automation in Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and can adapt to brand tonalities; Team player who has knowledge of agility as well as of main principles of successful online communities, and understanding of organizational frameworks
- Experience and amenable to work in a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
