YOUR ROLE
- Lead the customer service, logistics, and customer collaboration team to deliver service, cost, and inventory target with safety and product quality as priority
- Deliver joint value creation and operational execution excellence for customers by building and continuously improving the collaboration and partnership with customers.
- Lead the digital supply chain project execution e.g. digital CPFR with key customers, APP orders, and Chatbots.
- Coach and develop CS and logistics team and further develop customer collaboration capability.
- Build Strategic Partnerships with top customers and suppliers, identifying shared supply chain efficiencies and aligning with customer initiatives.
- Partner with Henkel sales and demand planning teams to provide customer order projections/forecast (where available) to improve Henkel's forecast accuracy and inventory.
- Responsible for the safety, regulatory and quality compliance of all logistics services providers and driving sustainability agenda in Logistics;
- Lead on customer services improvement initiatives (automation, simplification & digitalization) & manage all potential service issues
- Manage 3PL (transport & warehouse) operation & relationship for multiple DCs and ensure suppliers KPI are adhered to;
- Lead and develop high performing team of CS&L
- Individually Tasks (Time in %)
- Lead implementation of CS&L strategies and execution of key strategic projects. Manage CS&L daily operations and ensure process compliance (30%);
- Lead and coach CS&L team to ensure organization fitness and team development (20%);
- Lead and develop SC collaborations between Henkel internal and external customers, and SC JBP (30%);
- Deliver digital project execution and other continuous improvement initiatives (20%);
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree (Logistics, SCM, and or Engineering preferred)
- Analytical mind with customer service orientation and business acumen
- Fluent Chinese and English (verbal and written)
- Strong system capability (SAP, Excel, MS Offices) and presentation skill
- Prior logistics, customer service, and or planning experience (8-10 years) with major FMCGs and team management experience (3-5 years);
- Strong proven track-record of delivering KPI improvement (Service Level, Inventory, Transport & Warehousing Cost);
- Strong stakeholder management and capability of building a strong network of relationships both internally within Henkel (SC, Sales, MKT) and externally (3PL Suppliers and Customer SC team);
- Strong digital project leadership experience and continuous improvement mindset preferred;
- Ability to motivate staffs, develop high performing team culture, and resolve conflict
