  • Responsible for key account management in sales of adhesive business especially targeting for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) related customer in automotive industry
  • Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with business strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers
  • Executes customer roadmap and manages, and closes respective CRM tool growth opportunities
  • Executes pricing actions, and builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
  • Provides input to the manager on customer needs, business trends, and competitive situations in their territories
  • Coordinates wit application engineers to conduct line trials and resolve customer requests and complaints
  • Delivers KP OSG and PC % in the territories at defined accounts


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is required and academic background in chemistry is preferred
  • Minimum of eight (8) years' total work experience in Sales, Customer Research or related field is required
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) in Automotive industry is required
  • Experience in territories and portfolio management is required
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
  • Good communication skills in Korean and English are required
  • Skilled in crisis and objection handling, good networking, social selling, and sales call planning and facilitating
