YOUR ROLE
- Manage and improve strategic product master data for AC division globally through process improvement, stakeholder onboarding, share service center coordination, troubleshooting, and gatekeeping for changes
- Control & lead projects connected to complex data requirements within Product & Technology Management (PTM) including sales, purchasing, formulation and supply chain data, etc.
- Model, analyze and visualize data for ad-hoc requests and drive their standardization through tools such as PowerBI
- Improve processes (e.g. Master Data changes, New Product Introduction, Phase-out Process, etc.) through the use of SharePoint solutions
- The first point of contact for Product & Technology Management (PTM) team on master data, analytics solutions and tool related questions (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, etc.). Provide materials and training to improve general team skillset
YOUR SKILLS
- Background in data and analytics solutions proven by first experiences in PowerBI or other visualization tools, self-driven data projects, or advanced Excel skills
- First programming experience to bring a basic understanding of how programming languages work. Currently utilized languages (DAX, SQL Python, Power Query M). Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage
- Ability to combine data with business problems to provide valuable hands-on solutions from MVPs to scalable results
- Project management to take over smaller data-driven projects with multiple stakeholders
- High level of communication skills in a global and diverse team
- Very good English language skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop solutions
- Motivation to successfully implement projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset and confidence to carry out tasks independently and with good diligence
