Business Controlling Analyst - Personnel expenses

YOUR ROLE

In this position, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Reporting and analyses of financial performance in Adhesive Technologies Business, with focus on Personnel expenses and FTE Controlling
  • Ownership for master data management

Your daily operations will include:

  • Collaboration with Global Finance & Business Controlling team in headquarter
  • Development of reporting & analytical tools to support the decision making process
  • Proposition and implementation of methods to improve controlling processes

This role offers an opportunity to:

  • Actively use and develop skills of self-service solutions (PowerBI, ..)
  • Drive Continuous improvement initiatives and obtain widely recognized certifications (Lean Six Sigma)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Background and experience in Finance / Controlling
  • Active level of English (written & spoken)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Strong analytical skills, interest in reporting and automation
  • Flexible, proactive and motivated person, willing to learn
