  • Define and execute regional account strategy, including annual revenue plan and target plan  
  • Analyze financial KPIs and proactively steer key account business to deliver financial objectives (KP/ OSG and PC)
  • Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap  and steer business development for agreed accounts
  • Steer and support internal resources to execute account strategy (including rolls-out customer approvals and push upstream solution selling )
  • Define account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, ensure fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
  • Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
  • Be responsible for timely and accurate administrative tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc. 


  • University degree, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in the adhesives industry or in sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to develop a profitable business with your key accounts
  • Independent to work remote & leadership to share strategy with broad sales team (influence skills)
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to work with online tools
  • Location in Europe and willingness to travel (incl. overnight stay) 
  • Excellent German and English skills (written, oral)
