YOUR ROLE

  • The India Sales Head shall be responsible for leading and executing the business strategy in India and achieve the financial goals and establish long term sustainable customer relationships.
  • The key focus of the role will be on Customer Centricity / Values / People leadership behaviors, Inspiring / Developing and coaching the team while driving profitable growth.
  • Shall be responsible for identifying and representing all business opportunities in line with the SBU strategy
  • Drives and roll-out customer/approvals and pushes upstream solution selling and defines account-specific pricing ambitions and runs global / regional negotiations
  • Establishes and shares customer intelligence with stakeholders and steers and supports all internal resources to execute account strategy
  • The key Interfaces the role shall have is with Global/Regional/Country Leadership Teams, Marketing, Business Controlling, Product Development, Manufacturing & Supply Chain.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Should have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and marketing in B2B consumables space.
  • Key account management, value selling, and international experience will be an added advantage.
  • Should be an active listener with agile project management skills
  • Should posses strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
