- The India Sales Head shall be responsible for leading and executing the business strategy in India and achieve the financial goals and establish long term sustainable customer relationships.
- The key focus of the role will be on Customer Centricity / Values / People leadership behaviors, Inspiring / Developing and coaching the team while driving profitable growth.
- Shall be responsible for identifying and representing all business opportunities in line with the SBU strategy
- Drives and roll-out customer/approvals and pushes upstream solution selling and defines account-specific pricing ambitions and runs global / regional negotiations
- Establishes and shares customer intelligence with stakeholders and steers and supports all internal resources to execute account strategy
- The key Interfaces the role shall have is with Global/Regional/Country Leadership Teams, Marketing, Business Controlling, Product Development, Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
