YOUR ROLE
- Take care over all account management rolls to establish the business tactics or to develop the strategy with the account that is includes transplant business support as well.
- Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth especially at new accounts.
- Actively seek out, prospect and develop new business opportunities based on strong understanding of customer needs and Henkel products properties.
- Meet or exceed Volumes, Revenues, and Contribution Margin for account responsibility as outlined in your budget and the annual goals.
- Partner with internal teams including Technology, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, SIOP etc. to establish targets within the territory.
- Build rapport with distributors and collaborate on Sales activities based on comprehensive strategy.
- Manage / maintain share positions, relationships and growth at customers within territory;
- Establish and strengthen relationships at all levels within customer’s organization to solidify Henkel’s commercial position.

- Fluent English
