YOUR SKILLS
- University Degree in Business Administration, Business informatics or a related field
- 5 years business experience in Application Management / HR IT Operations
- Knowledge of of common HR Processes (Talent Management, Recruitment, Personnel Administration etc.) and Shared Service Frameworks
- Knowledge of IT Operations (ITIL Processes)
- Experience in Project and People Management
- Strong communication- and presentation skills supporting stakeholder collaboration
- Ability and ambition to cope with the complex and dynamic environment of digitalization
- Analytical skills and affinity to work with KPIs and financials, support creation and judge business cases
- Strong English skills (written, oral), German is advantageous
