YOUR ROLE

• Planning and forecasting: support monthly rolling forecast/ business review, perform annual budget / long-term strategic plan.
  
• Month-end closing: Deliver on time and high-quality month-end closing on key lines.
  
• Trade spend management with proper authorization, regular tracking and efficiency analysis.
  
• Channel / Customer profitability analysis and R&O identification
  
• AR development analysis
  
• Ensure compliance with different guidelines.
  
• Support on internal and external audit
  
• Partner with business team and controlling team on Ad-hoc projects.

YOUR SKILLS

• At least 5 years’ experience in financial planning analysis and modeling. FMCG/Retail industry experience is preferred.
• Bachelor or above in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration fields.
• Advanced command of MS EXCEL and PPT. VBA, Tableau, or other analysis tools is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills (communicating / influencing).
• Proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn.
• Fluent oral and written English.
