YOUR ROLE

Lead logistic team to manage all related logistics operations at 2 distribution centers where are in Japan. (Import/Export/Inbound/Outbound/VAS process/Domestic delivery/Annual stock count/Internal Audit/Vendor management and so on)
Monitor and manage KPI and Logistics cost by month
Also, lead several logistics projects to co-work with Asia regional and global team

YOUR SKILLS

Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain
Experience working in FMCG company for warehouse management or handling FMCG products in contract logistics company
Native Japanese, business level English
Knowledge of WMS and ERP
Experience in team management (more than 3 subordinates)
Experience in project management is a plus
Leadership skills with the ability to communicate well with cross functions
Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking
Team player, Autonomous, proactive
Good organization & planning
