YOUR ROLE

• Develop & execute EMEA professional E-Commerce strategy across the full Beauty Professional brand portfolio, in-line with the brand positioning 
  
• Own the professional E-Com GTM responsibility, in close collaboration & partnership with country & international brand marketing
  
• Driving & developing the E-Com Excellence for key focus Prof. channels i.e. Whole Sale, Key Account & Field and asses new business opportunities
  
• Steer & facilitate regional digital activation strategy of professional E-Com customers
  
• Define and align scope & implementation, in alignment with countries
  
• Co-ordinate and steer local specific approaches for media, merchandising and activations to enhance business development opportunities
  
• Support the growth and development of the general eRetail business, via upskilling employees and embedding new eCom organizational capabilities into the countries

YOUR SKILLS

• Successfully completed university degree in Marketing, eCommerce or a related field
  
• 5+ years E-Commerce or KAM management, with both local and regional experience
  
• In depth performance & digital marketing experience and technical know-how of E-Commerce Platforms
  
• High ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive new ideas and take responsibility
  
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence other across functions and countries
  
• Strength in analytical thinking, strategic skills and complexity management
  
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English and German language skills
