YOUR ROLE
- Collaborate with related functions to develop category growth, BTL communication and 4P strategy
- Define categories for how consumers use or perceive them; Provide category insight and analysis for developing a sales plan
- Collaborate with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to ensure products are stocked and available in stores; Manage relationships with these trade partners to ensure mutual success
- Develop promotional activities specific to retailers, such as price discounts, in-store displays, or loyalty programs to boost sales
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) materials like shelf displays, banners, or signage that encourage consumers to notice and purchase the product in-store; Ensure products are well-positioned and easy to find on store shelves
- Support sales team for working with retailers to optimize product placement in stores, securing premium shelf space, and ensuring the product is presented attractively; Influence how and where products are displayed to drive sales
- Collect and analyze sales data to evaluate how well products are performing in different retail environments; Use these insights to adjust strategies and maximize the effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Allocate resources for promotional activities with trade partners and optimizing the return on investment (ROI) from these promotions; Work closely with sales teams to ensure that trade promotions align with broader sales goals and to support key retail accounts
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
- Minimum of three (3) years work experience in Trade Marketing is required
- Strong experience in FMCG working with brands and/or in an international environment is required
- Knowledge and understanding of the markets, channels and customers in Korea is required
- Excellent command of MS office is required
- Good communication in English is required and Korean is native
