- Digital Engineer will support smart factory program implementation in Dragon plant and do more digitalization projects, for PI and MES system roll-out in all production line, system maintenance, continuous improvement for initial function and new function development in Samrt Factory system platform or other platform.
Principal Accountabilities
- PI and MES System Roll out, contribute to design and development of PI information management system and MES architecture roadmaps to meet the manufacture, warehouse, quality and engineering requirements and implement enhancement in support realization of the roadmap and also continuously improve existing PI and MES related applications and implementation in production line. 20%
- Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Warehouse team for Support PLC/DCS/PCS7 Machine integration with PI and MES system. 25%
- New application opportunity identification and also application design based on Website with Java or C++ etc. to streamline the process and digitalize the process. 25%
- Daily support and urgent support in production line for digital system related issues and troubleshooting to continuous improvement for digital system reliability. 20%
- PI and MES facilities and equipment maintenance, technical support for the PI and MES system platform and the interfaces that between MES and all equipment. 10%
