Brand Manager for Construction Adhesives and PU Foam Product Brand "SISTA"建設用接着剤/ 発泡ウレタン商材ブランド SISTAのブランドマネージャー
What you´ll do
- Design and execution of domestic brand strategies based on the global team's brand strategy.
- Portfolio design and lifecycle management for SISTA brand products, including the introduction of new products to the domestic market.
- Development and execution of sales, promotional, and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profit for SISTA brand products.
- Collaborative work with internal departments, related teams, and global members to design and implement strategies.

What makes you a good fit
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing roles
- Proven experience in product, category, or brand management
- Experience in planning, designing, and executing strategies and programs in sales and marketing
- Experience and skill to drive the above marketing tasks independently
- English proficiency: Business level
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including with international colleagues using English
- Extensive experience in building relationships, engaging in discussions, and negotiating with internal and external partners across roles, levels, and nationalities
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiative
