Henkel in Indonesia

In 1974, Henkel opened an office in Indonesia and begin selling adhesives to customers. Today, Indonesia represents a fast-growth market for the Henkel Group and is a strong pillar of the company’s strategy in the emerging markets. With 360 employees, Henkel Indonesia operates a head office and a Southeast Asia Regional Innovation Center in Bintaro, South Tangerang, and two adhesives plants in Tangerang and Pasuruan.

In the adhesive business, Henkel Indonesia holds leading market positions in various industries, such as automotive, consumer, furniture, food and beverage, packaging, footwear and general industries.
