About this Position

The Logistics, Planning & Operations Analyst plays a key role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly and cost‑effectively. This position exists to ensure that freight costs are accurate, transport activities are properly planned, and critical supply chain data is delivered with precision. You’ll join a collaborative operations environment where you work closely with logistics partners, finance teams, and internal stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to solve real operational challenges, streamline processes, and strengthen service reliability across our freight and planning activities. What you´ll do

  • Execute daily operational tasks related to freight invoicing, transport planning, purchase order management, and reporting
  • Monitor and follow up on supplier payment terms to ensure timely and accurate processing of freight-related invoices
  • Validate that tariffs applied on freight documents match negotiated agreements to prevent cost deviations and maintain budget accuracy
  • Ensures data quality and timely delivery of Supply Chain reports
  • Provide process and technical expertise to the business, serving as a reliable point of contact for freight billing inquiries and operational support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, improve workflows, and uphold service excellence in logistics, planning & operations

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance, Business Management, Computer Science or Engineering is a plus
  • Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in logistics, transport planning, freight invoice billing verification, purchase orders management, and Supply Chain reporting
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English verbal and written communication is required
  • Knowledgeable in SAP, and Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Skills in PowerBI, Power Automate, SQL, and other automation tools is highly preferred
  • Must be a team player, with great attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and strong organizational skills; With high attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage and analyze large volumes of data
  • Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
